Service Description

Walk and talk (50 minutes) Cost: PLN 220. After booking, we will send you a payment link. The payment must be completed for the booking to be considered accepted. We meet at the agreed location and head to the forest in Warsaw. We walk at a leisurely pace – it's not about physical exertion, but about combining conversation with movement. The session lasts 50 minutes. You don't need any preparation – comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are all you need. Walking encourages natural conversation and allows you to look at your problems from a different perspective. Movement reduces stress levels, improves concentration, and facilitates emotional regulation. This makes it easier to get to what is really important. Walk and talk is a valuable form of help, based on trust, empathy, and relationship. Everything you share remains confidential.
