Newsletter Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

1. These Regulations define the rules for subscribing to and using the newsletter (hereinafter "Newsletter") sent by the company Czuje Dobrze Psychoterapia Iwona Łaskarzewska, entered into the Central Register and Information on Business Activity (CEIDG), NIP: 1231539432, REGON: 526223247, with its registered office at ul. Żelazna 16/137, 00-802 Warsaw (hereinafter "Controller") via the website https://czujedobrze.pl/ and https://schematowa.com/.

2. Newsletter subscription is voluntary and free of charge. It is contingent upon consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Administrator's Privacy Policy.

Definitions

1. Administrator – Czuje Dobrze Psychoterapia Iwona Łaskarzewska, with its registered office at 16/137 Żelazna Street, 00-802 Warsaw, NIP: 1231539432, REGON: 526223247.

2. Subscriber – a natural person who has agreed to receive the Newsletter at the e-mail address provided.

3. Newsletter – an electronic form of communication containing marketing and promotional information, news and offers related to the Administrator’s activities.

Purpose and scope of personal data processing

1. Personal data, i.e. e-mail address, provided by Subscribers when registering for the Newsletter, are processed solely for the purpose of sending messages containing marketing, promotional information and news related to the Administrator's activities.

2. Data processing is based on the consent expressed by the Subscriber (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR).

Subscription Terms

1. Subscription to the Newsletter is done by completing the registration form available at https://czujedobrze.pl/ and https://schematowa.com/.

2. The Subscriber undertakes to provide a correct and current e-mail address.

3. After registration, the Administrator sends a message confirming the Newsletter subscription to the provided e-mail address.

4. The subscriber may at any time withdraw consent to the processing of his or her data for the purpose of receiving the Newsletter by using the unsubscribe link included in each message sent.

Rezygnacja z subskrypcji

1. The subscriber has the right to unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer of each e-mail.

2. After unsubscribing, the Administrator will not use the Subscriber's personal data to send further Newsletter messages.

Subscriber Rights

1. The Subscriber has the rights arising from the GDPR, including the right to access their data, rectify it, limit its processing, delete it and transfer it.

2. In order to exercise his/her rights, the Subscriber may contact the Administrator via e-mail: kontakt@czujedobrze.pl.

Protection of personal data

The Administrator uses appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of Subscribers' personal data against unauthorized access, loss or disclosure.

Changes to the Regulations

1. The Administrator reserves the right to change these Regulations.

2. Subscribers will be informed about any changes to the Regulations by publishing a new version of the Regulations on the website and, if applicable, via the Newsletter.

Final provisions

1. These Regulations come into force on the date of publication on the website https://czujedobrze.pl/ and https://schematowa.com/ .

2. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
