Regulations for e-Booking Appointments

General provisions

These Regulations define the rules for using the e-appointment booking system available on the website at: https://czujedobrze.pl/ and https://schematowa.com/, hereinafter referred to as the "Reservation Calendar ", and the conditions under which Customers arrange online appointments via the Google Meets platform.

The Reservation System allows Clients to book appointments, and the contract for the provision of therapeutic services is concluded electronically in accordance with these Regulations.
Definitions

Client – a natural person using the Reservation Calendar who books a visit online.

Visit – a therapeutic meeting conducted online, via the Google Meets platform.

Reservation Calendar – an electronic tool available on the website at: https://czujedobrze.pl/ and https://schematowa.com/, enabling the booking of appointments.

Seller/Service Provider – Czuł Dobrze Psychoterapia Iwona Łaskarzewska, entered into the Central Register and Information on Business Activity (CEIDG), NIP: 1231539432, REGON: 526223247, Contact details: ul. Żelazna 16/137, 00-802 Warsaw, E-mail: kontakt@czujedobrze.pl, Telephone: +48 501 465 103, conducting business activity in the field of providing psychological, psychoeducational and psychotherapeutic services.
Terms of Use of the Calendar

The e-booking calendar is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to technical interruptions due to system maintenance.

Using the Calendar requires Internet access and an up-to-date web browser.

The user is obliged to provide correct and complete data during registration and booking a visit.
Registration and login

To use the full functionality of the Calendar, the User may register by providing, among others, his/her name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number.

Registration in the Calendar is voluntary, but necessary to confirm your appointment booking.

The user undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of their login details and all activities performed using their account are their sole responsibility.
Appointment booking process

To book a visit, the User:

Selects an available appointment date from the calendar.

Enters the required personal data and any additional information.

Confirms the reservation by clicking the "Book" button.

He pays for the service he chooses.

After submitting the reservation, the User will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation containing the reservation details (date, time, type of visit).

Completing the booking process does not automatically constitute the conclusion of a service contract. The booking becomes final once payment has been received.

Confirmation of reservation is 1 business day after payment is received.
Changes, cancellations and modifications to your reservation

The Customer has the right to cancel or change the date of the visit, provided that he informs the Seller at least 24 hours in advance.

In the event of absence or cancellation of the visit after the indicated deadline, the Seller reserves the right to charge a fee in accordance with applicable rules.

Any changes to the reservation should be made via the Reservation Calendar or electronically, using the contact form provided or at kontakt@czujedobrze.pl.
Right of withdrawal and complaints
1. The Sales Agreement covers psychological, psychoeducational and psychotherapeutic consultations and visits as well as related additional services (including a psychological opinion at the express request of the Customer).
2. The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the Consumer in respect of a Service Contract if the Seller has fully performed the service with the express consent of the Consumer, who was informed before the commencement of the service that after the Seller has performed the service, the Consumer will lose the right to withdraw from the Contract. Before the commencement of the service, the Consumer will be informed of the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract.
3. In the event of a defect in goods (or services) purchased from the Seller, the Customer has the right to make a complaint based on the warranty provisions of the Civil Code. If the Customer is an Entrepreneur, the parties exclude liability under the warranty.
4. Complaints should be submitted electronically to the Seller's addresses provided in these Regulations. Contact details: ul. Żelazna 16/137, 00-802 Warsaw, E-mail: kontakt@czujedobrze.pl. It is recommended that the complaint include, among other things, a concise description of the defect, the circumstances (including the date) of its occurrence, the details of the Customer submitting the complaint, and the Customer's request in connection with the defect of the goods.
5. The Seller undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.
Responsibility

The Seller makes every effort to ensure that the information regarding available appointment dates is up-to-date and correct, but is not responsible for any discrepancies resulting from system errors or delays in updating the calendar.

The e-booking system does not guarantee the booking of a visit in the event of a technical failure or unavailability of the service.

The Seller is not liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the Calendar by the User.
Processing of personal data
The administrator of Users' personal data is the Seller, whose contact details can be found in the Privacy Policy .
Personal data provided during registration and booking are processed solely for the purpose of providing the appointment booking service and in accordance with applicable law.
By using the Calendar, the User consents to the processing of his or her personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Final provisions

The Regulations come into force on the date of publication on the website https://czujedobrze.pl/ and https://schematowa.com/

The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions. Users will be notified of any changes by publishing a new version of the Terms and Conditions on the website.

In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

Any disputes arising from the application of the Regulations will be resolved by a competent common court in accordance with applicable regulations.
